Me & You is a boutique restaurant & bar serving a classic American menu with a fun twist.

The restaurant is the vision of Chef Fay Arolithianakis, who understands that a true dining experience is as much about the people you enjoy it with as the food itself.

While one might call opening a new restaurant in the midst of a global pandemic a little crazy, it can also be argued that the people of Bethpage need Chef Fay and her family-oriented dining concept now more than ever.

Fay Arolithianakis


A Brooklyn native, Fay graduated from The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York. She started her formal career at the Rainbow Room and Windows of the World in New York City. She then moved to Long Island working as a Sous Chef at Coolfish and Thom Thom Steak and Sushi.

In 2007, Fay became the Executive Chef of the Mill River Club in Oyster Bay, Long Island. There, she crafted a new style to the culinary program at the club, including more member interaction. Fay’s cooking style was a club favorite and her 4th of July Barbecue was looked forward to by the over 1500 people who attended each year. While at the club, Fay was honored to cook for the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Governor Andrew Cuomo.

That love, attention and hospitality stems from parents who embraced family, the table and Fay’s love of creating food that led her to open a restaurant of her own in the town of Bethpage.
